About Tidewater Gymnastics
Our Mission
Tidewater Gymnastics Center is located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland in Easton. We provide recreational classes from beginner to advanced, tumbling classes, and competitive gymnastics.
Our goal at Tidewater Gymnastics Center is to make every child feel accomplished whether that is learning to do a cartwheel or winning a state championship title. Our staff are here to provide the support for your child to succeed in whichever path is best for them.
Physical and Mental Benefits of Gymnastics
Children can begin gymnastics classes as soon as they are walking. Our mommy and me and tumble tots classes teach our young gymnasts structure, safety, and social skills.
Our beginner to advanced program allows gymnasts to create and work toward achieving their own personal goals. Our staff have a list of skill requirements for each level that will take time to develop with proper strength and technique.
At all ages, gymnastics engages your child's whole body and mind. Your child is working on their balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, confidence, motivation, self confidence, resilience, work ethic, and so much more.
Our Competitive Team
Our program offers competitive gymnastics in Development Program Level 2-10 and Xcel Bronze-Sapphire. Our competitive team successfully leaves every competition with podium awards, but more importantly our gymnasts feel loved and supported in our gym. We are more than just a gym to them - we are family.
